The Federal Food Assistance program, SNAP, sometimes also called Food Stamps, is available to low-income households to encourage healthy food choices. We have developed a new guide aimed at educating senior citizens about the benefits of this great program Please feel free to visit our Food Stamps for Seniors guide at https://www.retireguide.com/social-security/benefits/food-stamps-for-seniors/ I am also including our guide to Meals on Wheels, which is another great meal program for seniors, in case you find it useful for your community as well: https://www.retireguide.com/retirement-life-leisure/senior-housing/aging-in-place/meals-on-wheels/
Individuals who are homeless exhibit a cancer prevalence that is up to four times greater and a mortality rate twice as high as that of the broader population. Mesothelioma is a rare and aggressive form of cancer primarily caused by exposure to asbestos, often taking decades to reveal symptoms. By spreading awareness, we can promote preventive measures, support research for better treatments, and provide crucial information to those at risk, potentially saving lives. We recently made a new guide about mesothelioma for this reason.
